What we collect, and what we do with it
Tellseed is in private beta and this site does one thing: it explains the product and accepts applications. This page describes that, and nothing more.
No analytics, no cookies, no trackers
This site loads no analytics, no advertising scripts and no third-party embeds. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts are served from this domain, not from a font service. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
The private beta form
If you submit the beta application form, we receive what you typed: your name, work email, company, and your answers about what you are building and what human data you need, plus any optional fields you chose to fill in. We also record the time of the submission, your browser's user-agent string, the page that referred you, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address used only to rate-limit the form. The IP address itself is not stored.
We use this to assess whether your use case fits the first round of the private beta, and to reply to you. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or add you to a marketing list.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the europe-west1 region (Belgium) and are also delivered to us by email through Resend, our transactional email provider. Both are processors acting on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep applications while the private beta is running and for up to 12 months afterwards, so we can come back to teams we could not fit into the first round. Rate-limiting records are deleted automatically within an hour. Submissions caught by the form's spam checks are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Your data
You can ask us for a copy of what you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the same route you used to apply and say so — we will action it and confirm.
Changes
Tellseed is early. If what we collect changes, this page changes with it before the change takes effect.
