What counts as an answer?
One submitted response to one campaign item counts as an answer. Ten people answering ten questions produce 100 answers. Skipped questions do not create an answer. Check your workspace for current usage.
How do I buy Pro or Team?
Choose your plan above, then verify your email to create a workspace or sign in to your existing one. Review monthly or yearly billing and pay securely through Paddle. Your workspace upgrades automatically after payment is confirmed, keeping your campaigns and answers together.
Does this include an AI subscription?
Website chat includes up to twelve AI requests per temporary draft, subject to per-draft and shared daily spending limits. Paid plans do not currently increase this allowance or reserve a separate allocation. The chat shows availability; examples and manual edits remain usable when AI is unavailable. If you connect your own agent through MCP, its subscription and model usage fees are separate. See the MCP setup guide for connection options.
Do contributors need an account?
No. Contributors answer on the campaign page you share. Owners can draft in website chat or use a connected agent, then verify their email and approve the campaign before publication. Website chat trials have the separate access and retention limits described in the billing policy.
How does self-hosting work?
The Bring your own option is for operators with source access and their own infrastructure. The source repository is currently private. Ask about access and self-hosting; hosting and AI provider costs remain yours.
