What you pay for, and how to stop

The plans
Hosted Free is available now: verify your email and connect your agent. No card required. Pro and Team are planned paid options; online checkout is not open yet. Paid prices are indicative until checkout opens. Final prices and tax will be shown before payment.

Prices are in pounds. Dollars and euros are set by hand rather than converted, so you never see a price with pennies on it. Everywhere else, checkout shows your own currency with tax included. A buyer in the Emirates pays the dollar price, because our payment provider does not charge in dirhams.
What happens at each limit
Three limits are checked when you do something, and refused with the reason: a campaign past your plan's count, a brand image past the space, a domain past the number your plan allows. Nothing is left half-done, and archiving a campaign you have finished with makes room again.
An answer is never refused because of a plan limit.
The person typing it cannot see your plan and cannot act on it, so they are never the ones who pay for it. Past the monthly limit your approval page warns you and your agent says so. At three times the limit the campaign pauses itself, and the page tells whoever is answering, honestly, that it is paused. The answer that crossed the line is kept. Collection resumes when you move up a plan, or on the first of the next month.
How you pay
Through Paddle, who are the merchant of record. Paddle takes the card, charges the right tax for where you are, and sends the invoice. Tellseed never sees a card number. Monthly plans renew monthly, yearly plans renew yearly, and the yearly price is ten months rather than twelve.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like, from the link in any Paddle invoice email or by writing to us. The plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, then the workspace goes back to Free with everything still in it: campaigns, answers, reviews and exports are untouched. Nothing is deleted for cancelling or for not paying.
Refunds
Fourteen days from your first charge, no questions asked, in full. After that, unused whole months of a yearly plan are refunded on request. Refunds go back through Paddle to the card you paid with, and usually land within five working days.
If a payment fails, Paddle retries and emails you. Your plan stays through the retry period. If it is eventually cancelled for non-payment, the workspace returns to Free the same way a cancellation does.
Leaving altogether
Export everything first: your agent can do it, or you can download it from the answers page. Then ask us to delete the workspace and we delete campaigns, answers, reviews, brand images and links, and confirm when it is done. The exports you already hold stay yours.
